hey. im in need of cheap reseller hosting. i dont mind as long as the uptime is QUITE good (95% or so), and you have uptime meters or monitors for proof of uptime, And the company has been around for a good few months. Im willing to pay upto $50 a year (~ $4-5/month) specifications arent very extensive, just a normal reseller with cpanel, decent amount of disk space and bandwidth. Offshore is preferable but as long as your not to strict then onshore will be fine. PS. I know i won't get anything really reliable and reputable for this price, but as i say i don't mind abit of downtime, as long as theres not alot, and the company isn't likely to disappear without notice.
