I think if you have applied the ip restriction then you shouldn't decrease the download points for other countries because now it is very difficult to get a payout even in 15 days, many webmasters will leave your site because of this slow earning. That's my opinion, hope you will look forward to this.

The rewards program changed quite a lot now compared to the 1st page but one thing still the same the site load very slowly but i like the minimum file size, I take this means a download from a 1 mb file and a 100 mb file counted the same?
I have a question, if a user has downloaded a file from upload.lu (say x's file) then he downloads another file (this time y's file) within 24 hours, will x and y both get point or only x gets point???
Yes plz tell me that if I uploaded 2 file a user with ip downloads it again the user with same ip downloads my 2nd files within 24hrs will i get points for both downloads or it will be counted 1 download......
interesting point.. I also wonder this.. you will get only 1 point.. well, for a blog owner like me, a new visitor comes to my site.. browses all the posts s/he is interested in.. maybe 10-15 topics.. downloads all the documents and I possibly get 2.5, 1,5 or 0,25 point.. with the current reward system, we can earn as much as other popular file hosting sites..so it is acceptable.. at least for tier 1 and tier 2 downloads.. but with the previous reward system we could earn more than 2 times of other file hosting site.. I understand your system is abused and u had to take action for this.. but with the new reward system you will announce, I think you should also change the terms for Premium Affiliate Status.. with the old reward system, it was much more easier to earn points so we could reach to 30,000 points. maybe I could reach in 3-4 months but now it will take more than 1 year I guess..
@thn there was only a file over 200 mb that I could not share via upload lu. just to share that file I purchased premium account with my points.. but after uploading file I realized that free users also are not able to download files bigger than 200 mb.. anyway.. no prob.. just there was a feature I feel the absence.. when I click files, it first generates link and then provide it in next screen.. not just one click.. but then I realized that on my account I can set direct downloads.. maybe some premium users don't realize this immediately.. so I suggest this direct download feature should be set automatically..

I think it is time to start open a forum dedicated to solve client's problems. That would be more proactive.
@Thn87 : your site is great you don't need to change anything,i have seen that you have putted a 45 seconds wait before download please remove that
