    PTC sign ups arent of much good if they aren't active. Can you guarantee a certain level of activity so its a good investment??

    it depends on the person and what they are signing up for... i put one of my own sign up ads on and all my memebers used it, including myself, it was for a bid auction website and they gave 5 free bids :D
    very nice site.
    its guaranteed sign ups... your paying for... their active is beyond my control sadly :(
