Need help with facebook pages.. noob question

I am new to Facebook and I had to create a Facebook Page for my Company. I have just started with the page now what I have got is a page with url like

 http://www.facebook.com/pages/MyCompanyName/10101010101010  

Code (markup):

where 0101 represents some number in my url, but I have seen that facebook pages look like

http://Facebook.com/Coke*  

Code (markup):

That mean I should have got a page url like this

http://Facebook.com/MyCompanyName  

Code (markup):

because I just searched and found alot of pages with url like this, and this is important for SEO purpose

So can you help me how can i get a URL like that or is it fine to have a URL like I have got.
I know its a noob question but any help will be appreciated

When you have 25 fans for your page, you can set your own name here - http://www.facebook.com/username/

I just checked that link but it is asking for phone verification, and no words about 25 fan thing. I searched the T&c ALSO COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING..
