New Myspace Site For Sale

I have decided to sell my site as I don't have the time or resources to take it anywhere.It is run on the MSRS script as sold by GreG-J.
You will get the domain (free push on namecheap),and the script/site as is.

I have added lots of packs and I payed Scilynt to update it with the latest mods etc.
It is currently being submitted to 300 directories by a third party here at DP and has been submitted to all the major SE's and lots of minor ones during the last 3 days.

It earned $11.20 with adsense with no promotion so take it as a no income.
It also comes with a myspace account with over 5000 friends.

Transferring the site will be up to the buyer who will get access to cpanel to do so.
I have so far spent $4-500 setting the site up and addingthe stuff so offers in that region please.

here are the stats and the mods
Mods : 1. updated the movie index page and added a small movie pack to give you some basic starting content .

2. updated the game index page and added a small game pack to give you some basic starting content.
-- changed the top nav "games" link to go here rather than wtfrag.com
-- changed the index page "games" link to here rather than wtfrag.com

3. updated the basic codes index page so it list content like the games or premade layout page does.
--changed top nav "basic codes" link to this new index rather than just on "color picker"
--fixed broken basic codes link on the index grid and pointed to the new index page

4. updated the generators index page so it list content.
--changed links in the top nav and index grid to point to this new page.

5. updated cursors index page so it list content.
--added huge cursor pacakage to new list page in catagories
--added link to the navigation. The link won't display for firefox users as they can't see the cursors anyway.

6. created a corner tag image so users that use your stuff have YOUR image on the top left corner rather than myspacescripts

7. edited out the myspacescritz branding on the color picker tool.

8. added the random ad module so you can have 4 random ads displayed on the homepage (where it currently says: "Welcome to GetOnMySpace.com. Your one stop spot for everything myspace."). To ad your ad/s go into the _theme directory and put your banner (or text) ad code in each of the "random.php" files. There are 4 so you can have 4 different ads or just put the same one in each. Or if you want to test out ads but have one show more than the others, put the code into a couple and the test banners in the other ones. If you need help with this just let me know. You can see an example on zsift.com by refreshing a couple times and watching the banner add.

9. changed the small banner to a clickable image and adjusted it to add the "bookmark" script. So now when someone clicks it it will let them bookmark whether in IE or firefox

10. added the "users online now" module. I set the default amount of users online to 101. So if no one is on the site it will show 101 and add one for every person that is actually on there. I can change it to whatever number you want but started at 101 since it is easy to remember and to help make people perceive it as being popular with lots of other people on there. Perceived popularity is achieved popularity heheh.

--changed "layouts" links in the top nav and index grid to go to the premade layout list page rather than the layout generator and fixed the broken link.

--made a ico for the site. So when people bookmark your site, they will see the little icon in their address bar. Makes it stand out a bit more. The current one is animated but I can also change it to a static one if you
want.

--changed the navigation menu title to your site rather than myspacescriptz
--added links for all the new mods in the navigation

Couple questions...
Is the license transferable and does it include access to the support forums?
Can you post stats from something other than awstats? perhaps statcounter?
Possible to get adsense stats listed by day?

 

I don't see Greg-J having any objections at all about access and transfer.
The only other stats I got are from webaliser.
The daily stats was too big to add as attachment so its hosted HERE

It's a nice looking site, but not sure if it's worth $750 until some decent revenue and SE traffic can be shown. All the mods and add-ons are great, but until they show some revenue, not sure if they justify the cost. I hope you get what you're looking for though as you have put some nice work into it.

 

Yes, it's very nice but a lot of people buy sites based on revenue. I do realise a lot of work went into the site, but I cannot justify paying that ammount when I could purchase the script myself and slap it on an old domain of mine for half the price.

I bet the site is pulling in some decent $ now.
Mine is, it only takes a term or two to get listed by the search engines and the traffic and revenue takes off with this script.
