We run a free local classifieds: http://classifieds.abacin.com

To promote ads posted by members, we spend quite an amount of marketing budget on Google Adwords. When we run an ad campaign, we use an autorefreshing landing page. At this page, we have scripts to recognize keyword, location etc. of the visit referred by Google Adwords. Then based on these information, we present the most suitable ads to the visitor.

We have one question on this strategy. Can this landing page affect the quality score and therefore increase our marketing expsense? Thanks a lot.

The largest component of quality score is CTR. The next largest is keyword relevancy. If your keywords are relevant, all you have to worry about is CTR. Since you are generating pages based on those keywords, you should automatically be relevant. Learn more in the Adwords FAQ.

Agree with Lucid. Dynamic pages should not affect a lot.
