I´m searching for a web designer who want to build me a website for free (or at a very low cost) just for building a portfolio. I will get a webtemplate that you may use.

why would anyone want to do it for free. I will make it if you host with me and you buy your own domain name.

I need a website with a newsletter-signup (ASP or PHP), i have a database (access) and the page should contain about 20-25 pages.

 

Sorry to tell you this, but that sounds like a pretty large job, there aren't many people out there willing to do such a job for free. Unless its under special circumstances like its for charity or other reasons. Good luck
