I had asked for a thread to be closed, and apparently that is now disallowed. I was then hit with a series of infractions for different threads back to back to back. Literally. I mean, this is really just seeking someone out and hitting them with a bunch of infractions to get someone banned. Since all the threads are deleted, I can't see who actually was the mod who was doing it to contact them directly. When I am posting additional information in a thread, that is RELEVANT to that thread. I do not think that is bumping. A lot of times people will hit me up in PM or on IM and ask me the same question, and then I know I did not word something right or it is causing confusion and the I will put additional information in a post to clear that up. Not everyone on DP knows what a 'clip store' is. Or how content licensing works. Or if my designer allows has opted to give a $50.00 template design instead of someone paying $250.00. That is obviously additional information that would be useful in someone making a purchase. These are just a few examples. I had also posted an auction for the end of the month. It was a 36 hour auction to try and close some business to close out March. It was actually very successful. The thread auto closed after 24 hours. I then posted up an April Offer where the price was different (no free design) and the prices had changed from the original offer (i.e. more expensive, but still a good deal). I was running through April. I was hit with duplicate thread. Even though the offer was significantly different in what was being offered (free design, script price, etc) and was for the month of April. Sure, it was the same script and you could then PAY for the design (no longer free) but it was not the same offer by a long shot. As I said, if I knew who the mod was hitting me with 5 infractions in 5 minutes in different threads I would have contacted them directly. But when I looked at the main page, it would appear there were 8+ people who could be mods on.

Thank you. I looked at the top stickies in the forum section before I posted, and could not find this link. I know it used to be there somewhere. Anyway, appreciate it. All the different colored green nicks. Hard for me to tell who's mod, and who's not.
When I receive a close thread request, I always look at posting pattern. If request appears to be made with idea of starting new thread. Request is denied. You have reposted several sales threads. Duplicate threads are not allowed.
When a price is different. When one offers free design/installation etc (March offer) and another is you are paying for design, script is more expensive, and there are no freebies plus it is running the month of April. That is not a duplicate thread to me. When my designer then makes some templates so that people can get them for $50.00 (non-exclusive) versus the original $250.00 (exclusive) price. That is not a bump to me. That is actually additional information giving someone the choice of going one way, or the other on offer. If it were within 8 hours of O.P.. I simply would have editing my O.P. to put that in there. To me, those are RELEVANT information for an offer. Also when things like design, price, installation change between two post. Again, I think that is a very different offer. That is like me using the Smyl Script, and one time building a site with foot fetish content. Selling it. Then the next time I sell one with Amateur Content at a more expensive price, but still using the Smyrl Script and being hit with duplicate thread. I'll send you PM.

This copy of mechbunny is 100% legit. He and I worked out this idea when I was looking for something to offer my consulting/hosting clients as a value add. Hi. It's not worth fighting back and forth in a thread. You're a mod, I am a nobody. I had a simple point of frustration which was clarified in your reply, and explains O.P. and the 5 minutes. I wanted to talk to mod directly on this. Received reply to my PM. In the future, I simply will not use report button for anything. Thank you for your input. Have a nice night.
