Selling Famous Image Hosting Site - Looking for a good offer

Most of you guys know how to evaluate a site. But here are some basic info

PR 3, thousands of SERPS, good alexa, natural rankings, no promotion going on, only expense is VPS, only revenue is adsense.

Haven't made up my mind fully but if the offer is good, definetly. PM me for any questions.

tradedemon, I couldn't properly remove the adult images for the past month or so which I did now. Except that, the site's been managed very well. You could see from the very first image in the gallery (unless I've missed, and not brought to my attention). This is managed through the admin panel. There hasn't been a single notice from Google Adsense or copyright warnings on my site.

I'd disagree with you on the "loads of adult imagery" part as comparatively this site gets a very limited number of adult image uploads. When people see the banner "no adult images" most tend not to.

Just want to mention that the site's Adsense CTR rate is below 0.30%... a guy who knows ad optimization can easily tweak this up.. The site has over 200K serps in google and a decent amount of backlinks.. ranks at #3-4 for terms like "unlimited image hosting" organically, without any targeted SEO efforts.. The buyer will get everything related to this site - domain, custom made script, VPS (if necessary), twitter profile, FB and myspace fanpages, sister site of this image host (this is based on a $100 worth script + custom theme and this sister site is growing rapidly..) etc. I've got analytics for over an year, adsense details and everything..Please PM me if anyone is interested..

I am also interested as the site is quite nice. As most of us know the monthly revenue will be important when it come to the price of the site. I think it would be wise to publish some stats and proof of income. I am definately interested though ...
