    Considering there are 3 hours between your post and mine - I would say that your expectations may be unreasonable since we review all links (they are not automatically approved). It may take up to 24 hours to clear all the pending links.

    We used to charge for some links and may continue to do so in the future but currently all links are free. Sorry for the confusion.
