I would suggest a new templage for this site. It could be more appealing. Add an email capture. Video too would really help. A headline really is needed to draw people into your site. Look at SEO for this site. Lots to do there. YOU have a login. Why would I login? Nothing tell me why. Just a few things I noticed. Keith

its better than the other one, mainly because of the background, looks cleaner and no big ads on the side
Honestly I think the site is kind of bright on the eyes. A slightly dark background would be nicer.It would make the navbar pop to the eyes.
View source and you'll notice there is not flash, it's turned off whilst other parts are being coded so it doesn't reload everytime.
looks good. clean design. Nice Alexa rank! if I weren't in your community I would have trouble right away knowing what the site is. I think the gaming forum and stuff are the best clues. but maybe a welcome box or something simple would help.
