Do you think now popularity of Bing is increasing now these days?

 

I do not think so. In fact... the initial euphoria created by the launch seems to have subsided and so has the popularity along with it!

Although there are better alternatives, Bing's popularity is definitely going up. It's a decent search engine.

 

I don't think they're increasing. I do think that they're slowly getting more popular. Maybe it's because they're advertising on television a lot more compared to other search engines like Google and Yahoo. They'd probably be bringing in the older target market.

 

Yeh there a lot of people using it, and it is growing slowly. They have a big markting campaign which includes advertising on TV, so that is bound to get some users.
The popularity will be tested once the advertising stops/ reduces.

Popularity of bin search engine now slowly increasing. I think adverting is more required and like google try to offer free services.

 

i see that Bing is sponsoring the simpsons now on BBC

 

Bing went to an all-time high of 10-12% this past summer but has since fallen to 3% market share.

As i know , Bing co-operation with yahoo now , they have an agreement of 10 year's co-operation .

 

It is. The traffic from bing.com is more and more on my site.

 

They have money to promote the site ...they will continue to get more traffic....

 

If msft keeps throwing money at it, it might grow. With yahoo, (bing+yahoo), they'll control about 30-35% of the search market (closer to 30 I suspect).

 

Yes, bing is getting enough popularity but still compare to google it is very less.

 

Days ago is just use IE. But nowadays I gave Google a try. And now I think it is better than IE. Also it will be better than bing.

Yeah it is becoming popular nowadays as the search results of Bing are precise and accurate that's why people are switching to the Bing.

90%++ traffic to my site comes from google, 7% from loyal visitor and 3% from other search engine. i hope oneday google have a "real" competitor in real meaning, so we can have other option to optimize seo, i think.
