I am looking for an outsource company that you pay a flat fee to once a month. The virtual assists will need to be able to do the following:

    Article writing
    Ebook writing
    Sales and email letters
    Web and graphic design
    Wordpress plugin and theme creators
    Facebook app design

    Various SEO:

    1. Cross-linking posts and pages in one website
    2. Forum posting (meaningful posts that add value to the forum)
    3. Press release submission
    4. Article marketing
    5. Submission to directories and search engines
    6. Social media marketing, i.e. Twitter marketing, Facebook marketing, buzz marketing, myspace marketing
    7. Creation of optimized profiles
    8. Posting comments on related blogs or websites

This is the main things I need currently, if your able to redirect me to a web site that offers virtual assistants like this then I would be forever in debted to you. I would prefer somewhere that is cheap yet very good work ethics. I hear people from the philippines are the best, however I don't know for sure myself so a little information regarding this would be nice also.

I appreciate the replies I will get and the help,

    Mr. Skid Roe

Go to the search button here and several other forums and put in "outsourcing". Read ALL the posts and make the best decision you can.Normally the more posts the better ( Not Always ) and the more " Good Comments" are better, however their friends, or themselves can make misleading posts.

    Best of Luck

    Be careful, Very Careful

depends on the type of work you need done. The best strategy is to break it down by category, for example article writing, seo etc. Then either find a company that specializes in it or an individual.

Anything that is very simple but requires lots of repetitive work outsource to mturk.com. Stuff like youtube subscribe or write an article can be outsourced there. If the work is bad, just reject it for a full refund. Love it!

If the task is more complex then its best to find a 3rd party company to do it or an individual who has the skills to do it. In that case check out odesk, getafreelancer, or the digital point buy/sell section.

yeah don't try offer everything to one company or person. The person who is good at writing is not as good as SEO
or vice versa, Same with Facebook apps, only a good Facebook programming company can do this job perfectly

Yes, oDesk could be a good source and I'm also using it but if you'll specifically go through these really affordable targets with great service, you can also go through Philippine targeted virtual staff websites such as Onlinejobs.ph from John Jonas and recommended by other outsourcing experts such as Tyrone Shum (you could google this as well) or you can also try Bestjobs.ph.

I honestly can tell everyone I've been through ups and downs with eLance and tried to find more resources to get through these good sites which was the time I also found my first team to work on my internet business now. MassOutsource.com videos has helped me find these people and shortlist them in step by step process and I realized that's even not complicated as long as you have targeted skill sets and projects to start with. I'm just spending about $600/month for my whole team and I thought that's fantastic! :)
