it seems that you have not created Sitemap.xml

 

1. don't use more than 64 charachter for your title description.
2. make sure your latest news and latest description clickable.
3. I didn't see title post?
4. Use H1 tag for your title homepage.
5. etc..

 

Your page titles can use some tweaking. Be less descriptive and more focused on your keywords. Meta description is where you can expand on your titles in a sentence. Add text content and continue off-site optimization.

Don't use your site url in the title. It's not necessary. First of all make your title look short and neat. Dont stuff keywords. Just target the necessary keywords. The words delhi, shopping and places are optimized more than once in the title. That's not necessary.

You need to improve your home page title and description. Internal pages seem to be missing unique titles and descriptions all together. That would be a good place to start.
