I think that he was just some sad abused kid who was afraid of women, war and his own failures. To me he seems like a narcissist in that he never seemed to acknowledge his inadequacies with women, instead comparing them to demons and the like.

 

There is that to, but I think, going by what I read and learn, that he was also probably all four of what I mentioned in the first post to.

 

Maybe calling somebody else s Prophet anything bad gives you that inner most happiness but at what cost - Hurting other people's religious sentiments ? Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) taught many good things, try someday to concentrate on them, your thinking will be filled with positive vibes.

If poeple are going to sput rubbish about the Quran being the word of God when it was written by many people over a period of time then I am going to take exception. The recitation in a repetitive way is a well known form of brain washing. It has been used by all sorts of crackpot cults. Buddhism also uses this methoed.

Christains same the same old claptrap about being the one true Church (well the Catholicds do), and thye also claim their book is the word of God.

The Islamic religion is going through a period in it's history very similar to the time the Christian Church went through in the times of the inquisiation. This is like a game of catch up where the brainwashoing of religion takes over common sense and education.

The Islamic system is a near copy of what happened with the Catholic religion and is a bastardised amalgamation of other religious texts made to fit one meglomaniacs ways, a maniac who murdered plunderd and made promises of virgins and non intoxicating wine and an abundance of fruit in a heaven he had no way of proving but had to make sound appealing.

When young children are indoctrintaed with thie repetitive brainwahing and made to believe what they are told it very often stays with them for life. This does not make the information true and it certainly does not come from God.

The Quran says the Earth is flat, the Catholic Church said the same thing until recently. The Quran makes false scientific claims and has discrepencies concerning Jews in differerent parts of the text, so how can this be the word of God?

The obviouis answer that any sane and rational person would come up with is it is not and cannot be the word of God.

Yoy who take this as an insult have been brainwashed into your beliefs and you retort with arguments at every turn and are unwilling and unable to listen to any sound reason nor rational arguments that don't fit with what you are so convinced of. So there is no reasonable way to debate with people who are blinkered into irrational belief in that which they cannot prove and that is a speculative bunch of stories put together by many different people and not put into one book until the Ummayad Caliphate.

As I said though the Quran contradicts its self in many places. All of the things promised in it are things lacking in the areas the religion was formed hence how it appealed and why the well known repetition brainwashing worked so well.
