I May open a small file sharing system on it, that means that many kinds of movies/script/softwares and stuff will be on it, you need to agree to that.

your budget seems very low for kind of requirement you are looking for.. plase increase your monthly budget to $200 atleast

 

resonable servers are presented at hostv.com which is specialized in such hosting type. But definitely they cost more than your budget allows.. So you may have good VPS or hybrid server, but not a dedi of your specs.

 

Agreed. This is a ridiculous request. I suggest upping your budget.

Also, if you plan to do file sharing and want to be able to use all the bw you're asking for? Add $500 after first doubling your initial budget.
