any CPM & PPC programs that accept ptc sites?

im looking to put some ads up on my site... getting around 3000-4000 unique hits a day from traffic all over the world.
my site is a paid to click/paid to sign up...ect site.
so what would be the best to use? ive tryed a few... asdaq...adbrite...bidvertiser.. but they all seem to decline my site!!! saying they dont accept ptc sites!!
if there is a site that offers CPM and PPC at the same time that would be great! do u know any?

Next month the CPM will be about 0,15 and soon completely in english.

 

minimum cash out? 1000 unique hits for 0.10? or 1000 veiws for 0.10?

There are no minimum for cashout.

For the moment it's 0,01 for 1000 views, but next month it will be 1000 uniques hits for approximatly 0,15-0,2

ya ive seen that as well... but is it CPM or PTC? id rather do CPM.. i had some PTC but nobody clicks.

 

bidvertiser is PPC not CPM.
But, it may work out well.

 

Now the cpm is about 0,2 for all formats and accept all site.
