Getting your own domain is definitely a good idea and also get a good hosting company - way to go. I use a lot of free platforms and I have never personally had a problem. I would suggest to anyone thinking of using free blogging sites - always read their Terms of Service. All platforms have different rules so what is permitted on one may not be allowed on another.
Many people can barely handle posting to blogger. I don't know if some could handle administering and maintaining a site with paid hosting. Everyone wants to get rich using the free services all the time. Nobody wants to pay for anything anymore. It sucks for sure they deleted your blog, but we really don't know why either, maybe they have their reasons. You could have copied and pasted all your blogger posts to your local pc for a backup. Good thread title though by the way it was a real attention getter!
Eh, i also use xind. Their blogging system is pretty sweet. http://xinda.ca its not only a blogging website its also a social network
What niche was it? I think adult, gambling niches is not allowed in blogger.com. Create your new blog with wordpress.
hey mate there are many cheap host. Always have an paid host. if you try to save money for hosting at free zones, you will always lose money.
blogger has the right to do this, but theres also dicks that report ur site for being spam when your there competition..
If you received a Spam Message from blogger, go to your email then follow the instructions to un-spam it. That simple.
host your own blog and you can put w/e u want on it ps... that isnt' a blog, it's just a place for you to stuff ads, which you violate adsense TOS,, consider your account banned shortly you can't have 6 placements..LMAO
No it's not. Tell me, which is only blogging platform that makes the Alexa top 10? Yup Blogger. More people use it and they use it by CHOICE! Other than nice themes and plugins there is no other benefit in using Wordpress whatsoever. So you have to move to WP to start earning money? How much do you earn from your WP blogs then big shot? To the OP: Write good content and you won't get your blogs removed. I have never had a problem and most people I know on Blogger haven't either. In the future, why don't you use your head and move your blogs to fresh domains so that you have full ownership of your blogs? If it is a case of people reporting your blog then simply grab the code to remove the nav bar. Sorted.
I have experienced the same circumstances but their is some options wherein you can send support about the issue. I have done the same thing and after less than few days my blog is back .
