I finished some words on Microsoft word documents and I'd like to have a recommendation for free softwares that can convert from Word Document to PDF file? Any answers will be appreciated
Use Primopdf. It is one of the best freeware tools for document to pdf conversion. Hope it helps you. ARonald
If you have access to a Mac running OS X (friend, school, library) you can actually print your documents straight to PDF
Hi Aronald Thanks, I just downloaded it but however, the size limit for upload conversion is only under 1MB limit which I tried anyways and it is great but several of my files I want to convert are over 3MB so do you know which area or where I can download for that size please? Thanks
You can try pdf995. It doesn't have any limitations from what I can remember. you can find it on pdf995.com
Use Open Office. You can get it for free, it will read Office docs, and it will convert to PDF. I have both open office and MS Word and I prefer Open Office just because of the PDF feature.
If you use Word 2007 there is a very simple solution. Read the post below: http://blog.adrianroman.ro/post/Saving-Word-Documents-as-PDF-in-Microsoft-Word-2007.aspx
If you havent reached a solution you can use, try this: CutePDF. Its freeware and i use it for most of my docs. I don't recall it having a limit, either.
CutePDF is definitely the best solution on Windows. It's easy to use. After you install, it adds a new printer to your system. So if you want to convert a Word doc you just "Print" it through the CutePDF printer and you're done.
I have used PDF995 for years now--no problems. They also have a product called Edit995 where you can create an index and page numbers in the PDF (among other things). They also have a product called Signature995 where you can encrypt the PDF and keep someone from copying text in it and from printing it. All are free tools. They have ads built in but that is usually not a problem.
I personally use CutePDF before. But now you can write, edit, or customize your pdf e-Book in newly design software - eWritePro buy from me only at $5 and get FREE bonus! Purely Amazing, Asmuii Azfar
Here is a list of 30+ pdf creators, converters and readers. Office 2007 SP2 is my best choice. As it is the simplest method. It can save as PDF directly.
Advanced All To PDF 5.0 is a pretty useful tool to Word Documents files to pdf files, Converted quality is fairly good: with text content, page layouts, images, and text hyperlinks preserved.what's more,it only costs you $24.95,so why not have a try. http://www.advancedpdfconverter.com/products/alltopdf.html
There's a PDF extension for word available for free download from Microsoft. Definitely the easiest way.
Hi, It is easy to convert word document to pdf now,as there are many pdf converter in the market.but it is important to choose a good one to convert our documents to pdf ,i used a lot of version, and felt not very good.last week,I downloaded a program called Advanced word to pdf 5.0. If you install Microsoft Office 2010, you will be able to choose pdf in "save as" options. Or you can try PDFCreator (freeware) that cooperates with MS Word and Open Office Writer (and many others btw): when you create your document just click "print" and choose PDFCeator and it will transform your file to pdf automatically. Then just save it. Voila!
download the pdfcreator in sourceforge. all you need to do is click file > print > chose pdfcreator > the software will convert the file into a pdf. even file.txt can be converted to pdf by just following that instruction.
