Although he manage to refund my payment, he sent me a rude message to go along with it, He promised a service of giving us a list of related keyword blogsites that is an open comment, He did gave me a related keyword blogsite the only problem was it was not an open comment actually the comment was blocked meaning there are comment boxes shown in the site but when you click submit even with legal comments the page would turn blank and sure there are other sites that are open comment in the list but you have to find it yourself, then what's the use of this service right in which we could just find them ourselves if that is the case, I explained the way I felt like I told him that I felt like I was been robbed with this service which he might be offended but still he doesn't have the right to be rude, But anyway I wasn't planning to post a negative comment nor ask for a refund because of this service, I post this negative comment to warn my fellow DP members this member is very rude he doesn't accept negative feedback he even threaten to sue me of slander if I post a negative feedback on his thread fellow members you tell me is that right? I bought a review copy from him and he only wants positive feedback is that fair? he should have sent me a polite message and convince me not to post a negative comment right? but instead he sent me this.

Guys you decide if it's right to treat a customer this way, I have the right to be disappointed because I'm the customer, he doesn't have that right he only have the right to explain since he is the seller, and he call himself an expert with that attitude. 15 years doing business and he's still like that, Personally I have no desire of doing business with this member ever again.

And for your information just because you refunded my payment doesn't give you the right to Treat a customer that way, 15 years EXPERT! and you're still hoping to get a positive iTrader from me because you refunded my payment? you are a complete Wacko! who would give you that!

This is all spoken _after_ I was polite and courteous, and didn't hear from him for a couple days... Then got a long email where I was called a scammer that I was full of crap, a lousy member shouldn't be allowed to sell this... I'm sorry but these days when I hear people screaming scammer it's time to establish my legal grounds, issue refunds, revert to contracts, and call lawyers. It's not worth the risks. I own a registered corporation and I do business properly, and I have to protect that business. This is supposed to be a forum where we have our constitutional amendment rights to freedom of speech so I do my best to just let things go and go with the flow, so we can all do that. He chose to be rude and offensive, and I'm just down right sick of it so I gave him his money back and gave it right back to him, he deserved it, I don't care what he says. I gave him a nice lecture / piece of my mind that would sink in in the back of his head and lead him towards better choices, but he probably didn't realize it.

I have a tool that's custom made that I use to help my marketing and my team uses it along with some other people. We all have no problems with it. I refunded this person's money after making them 2 lists. They ignored me for a couple days, or maybe were away, but either way, after sending them 2 lists, the same as I have been using, and more than a dozen other people, with no problems. They aren't great, but they have sites where you end up getting comments listed, and the lists are wp dofollow blogs. I thought I was helping people out, it's not worth $7 to me, that should never be more than 15 minutes of my time or else it should really be spent elsewhere. I help a lot of other people make money and that's what I'm most here to do.
I'm happy to eat the negative iTrader once again for the second situation where somebody screwed me, I took no money yet did some work for them and got called a scammer and given negative feedback. I could think of a few good quotes to insert here about people, history, psychology, behavoir.. but people like this are just looking for fights everywhere they go. You win some you lose some. Good luck people. I'm no longer offering this or anything similar to it on DP. As a matter of fact, I'll probably just spend some more time on my order forms and system, make them a little more friendly and some buy now buttons... Are you kidding me? That means that your comment is under moderation. That does not mean that you have been cheated out of your comment. If you didn't know that, well, now you do.

That would even offend me... I mean he gave you the lists and they were keyword targeted and they are OPEN for comments, not auto approved. There is a big difference in that. You are saying that you are being robbed even though the lists were given to you.

Ok, I think that your action of giving a negative iTrader was biased. It was based upon an argument that you guys had and it was not justified. The iTrader is used for BUSINESS not PERSONAL reasons. Sure, if you didn't want to give him a positive iTrader for what he said, that's fine, but giving him negative eventhough he refunded your money and you still have the lists. I think that is just wrong.

Btw, I bet you EVERYONE will not appreciate negative feedback when they have really given a product. I mean, seriously, think about it. Would you be happy if someone put down your reputation?

That's what I think about this.

 

Just so you know, I'm afraid the comments are not under moderation the comments are blocked, when a comment is under moderation after submitting you should be taken to the same page where you commented, it would look like a reload, only your comment won't be posted yet. Is that clear enough.

And for your information iTrader concerns all the business transaction meaning when you are judging an iTrader it concerns the whole package the product and service he provided and if the seller was rude to you I believe that falls under the service category, so you have the right to give him a negative iTrade that's why there is a comment box in the iTrader it's for us to post why we gave this person a negative iTrader.

 

Once again, this is a closed offer, as I have no interest in dealing with crap like this. If your reason for a negative iTrader is because of somebody being rude to you, you should darn well think about the filth that came out of your own mouth first. I have no interest in discussing this here, you can go project your problems elsewhere, but until you change the way you communicate with people and the way you think, you're headed for more problems, seen it enough.

 

You should tell that to yourself since you're the one who has 2 negative iTraders.

 

Yeah, and over 34 positive iTrader. 2 incidents where messed up people did stupid things and most others agree. I got no money and did work for you and them, spent my time on their stuff. I have more than enough people who've done business with me without any problems, I don't need people like you, nor do I need customers that only have $7 to spend. I provide my clients, members and followers with things like that for free anyways.
Go look up the word scam in the dictionary and study it, before you end up in a lawsuit over the crap that comes out of your keyboard.
