Whaaaat? If you're saying what the guy above me thinks you're saying then I disagree ..strongly. Of course people can't possibly know the exact algorithm - but if there wasn't one, search results would be entirely random. And they aren't, clearly.
I do not know what algorithm running behind yahoo and google. I think no body knows exact algorithm.We just know that which rules are supported by Google and which one not support.

Nobody exactly knows about algorithms of the search engines but some suggestions like building links for the websites, optimizing their pages titles and descriptions and addition of H tags seem to be workable for all search engines including Yahoo.
Well, I read the entire paper written by Brin, and Page. From what I can tell it isn't as complex as you may think ( But I'm sure it's changed much ). However, Googles true power is in the speed of it's index.
