push-ups and sit-ups I wish I had been more active as a kid - I was already a 'husky' to begin with! I didn't start lifting until I was like 18.88yrs old
Bahh I was super fat basically in the start of this year, I just started lifting again less than a year ago. It's NEVER to late.. Husky, please I've been over 300 pounds!
my fattiest fat fat was 233 earlier this year (down to 207ish now) but I'm only 5-7&3/5's not 6'4" and full of muscles like you how tall are you anyway? but I digress. you are right, never too late. I get serious about it in spurts though that's why I wish I could find my money shots of me when I worked out for like 2 yrs straight and got all the way down to 190 then bulked to like 196. damn hard drives!!!
6'3" When I was 315 I was actually much, much stronger than I am now. I've got a ways to go, but finally getting close again.. Just gotta get into it, hit the weights hard and hit them often!
indeed! I found the only copy of what I was talking about earlier. I kept in with me at the gym, actually a before and after (this being the after) to motivate me. 2 things: 1) got to love the expression (I am not constipated) 2) I'm not what you'd call an 'ab guy'...not by a long shot. I was born with an "innie" I think.
LOL, I've got some of those as well. Some of my best looking shots I look like I'm constipated hehe..I'm an ab guy if you call having a KEG an ab guy I'm all arms and chest, my legs are actually my best spot, my abs the WORST. lol... you like it admit it!

my legs are thick to begin with so I never much worked them. arms are the best, forearms to be specific....and no, it was not all from auto erotic activity! chest/abs = blech; I've got a solid 1-pack on the stomach regions
