This means they send this email to many indian by mistake,

 

lolz, At last it was proved that indians can't get Paypal debit cards.

 

well i got the email also and im from the uk

 

i already ask to paypal support by email, they said that paypal debit card only for US account

 

God, When will indians get this Option..

Don't even hope for it in the near future pal. They have even removed the CC wihdrawal option so that the withdrawals are done through Bank only - right under RBI's nose. Do you think they'll allow cash withdrawals.

Did not get any email from PayPal, But PayPal is really making blunders these days.

 

if you see the first page of the thread you will notice that first 5-7 people who posted in this thread received that email, they might have send that email to few people on that day, but they did it by mistake i guess.

 

Indians can never have paypal debit card. As we are not permitted to make transaction in dollars or any foreign currency.

 

we can very easily have the paypal debit card - if paypal intends to do - as many many of us are already using payoneer debit card in india - so its easy to have it - but rest depends on PayPal

 

I'm in the US so have had one now for several years. It's great to have as I use it for shopping and making cash withdrawals. It's been a while since I got mine so don't remember where I got the link, but you may see a link for it in your profile.

 

I haven't got it . I think its only for who added their PAN card . so RBI can checkout on ur spending through the paypal card .
