i started a site on 28 November 2008 and some ware in march of 2009 it got pagerank 1 but later because of some technical reasons,i took backup of my site and i removed my site. now,i.e on 20 december 2009 i again started site with previous backup and did what i have to do all for optimization...but my site still not getting any backlinks and PR is 0 inspite of digging,pinging and all other things that are required for backlinks,i still cant able to get backlinks and obviously page rank so please help me.......
I wanted to know whether you have the same domain or presently you have added the content to a new domain. If it is not the same domain then you have placed duplicate content on the new site (if the old site is still in googe index), duplicate content does create problem with site's rankings...
Writing good articles on relevant content relating to your website and posting them in article directories will definitely help. Link back to your site using author resource. Also comment in blogs.
Get some backlinks from High PR sites say 7 or even more than that. They may charge you for this but to make it happen in a short span it is worth investing money in purchasing such backlinks.
Practice makes a man perfects, so don't be sad. Just start forums posting, blogs comments with high PR site, make a article based on your site content & submit is on PR article sites like ezine-article,go-article etc. Its sure you will get backlinks quickly.
If the site is absent for a long time ,you may lose your PR as the spiders cannot find your site. You have re-hosted your site in Dec -2009, right . Don't worry if the old backlinks exist your domain may get the previous PR on next PR update. Make sure your old backlinks are not achieved or removed.
