First of all study all your competitors sites do what they did...but do better then what they did. Do theme based submission's, search for theme based forums, do theme based comments, post articles in top most sites like ezine, isnare, articledashboard, articlebase etc..,then do press release, top most bookmarking sites like digg, delecious and buy theme based links, do SMO.
