Hi there. Here is a tip on how to use google keywords too. Under the match type scroll bar, choose exact. Then you will see how much times the keywords 'office the' is searched. I'd say its worth low-mid $xx since it only has 1600 global monthly search volume and won't have targeted traffic. it is however, very easy to optimize to get rank 1 on google. Hope this helps.

With that many searches, the domain must have quite a worth, but it has no alexa rank, no PR, no mozrank, no nothing.

Ps: We all regged bad domain names(& still do it!) and there's no secret solution. Just do your research before you reg anything & go ask the end-users directly: don't wait till they come see you at Sedo... With end-users you never know how much your DN is worth to there eyes... It is worth absolutely nothing, a bad domain that has no SEO value over "1officethe" "2theoffice" "theofficethe" or etc. Lesson learned.
