Umm... no, not true. Links from lenses are still ordinary links*, and bots will still find them.

(*with the exception of the RSS Module, which has been Javascript for years)

 

I think that's sometimes forgotten, that one does share the linking power with other links on a page. It's also the reason why I won't dismiss directories that give you a single page per entry.

 

Ii go for sociall bookmariking because they gives free traffic too

 

According to another DP Member, you have to have 4 or 5 modules on your lens to get the dofollow links

blogs and comments are what i like best especially if its dofollow. if directories don't need reciprocals, then it would be great.
