For new websites, such things are absolutely common and no need to worry about anything. Your indexed pages are still there but the pages are not seen when you use the Site: option. Give it some time.

For newer blogs, it's just normal. I have encountered the same problem on the time I changed my domain name.
Give Google more time to index your site.

That's how G works. One of my newest blog was index within a couple of hours after purchasing the new domain(never been registered before). It has index the "Hello World" contents on that day, then a few days later it had updated and the links pointed towards it. That's just normal, I persoannly think you should focus on your content and not so much whether if Google had index you site, build and move on.

Meta tags has nothing to do with the Google indexation. Google have change the way they crawl and cache the page lately. You have to build deep link to inner pages to boost up a chance for being cached / indexed.

Check ur robots.txt file if you are using correct settings, re build sitemap and submit again.

Use all in one seo plugin rather than platnium seo, this month my traffic and adsense earnings are bad because my 1500 pages got deindex by google and keyword rank drop for many keywords.

Yesterday i switch back to all in one seo hope i will get my ranking back.

That you should to do is simple : just log in to your webmaster tool and request for "Site reconsideration" , if you already log in u can just visit https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsideration

wait for several days ... if this not working for you , it mean you blog Banned from google search engine CMIIW

In my own experiences, a high PR(above 6) site would usually be indexed more frequently by Google. So, building backlinks from such sources or putting your links in your tweets would be really helpful for this purpose. :)

    Have a nice day,

It's pretty normal for new blogs.
Keep doing what you are doing and the new posts will be indexed.

Remove the robots.txt for a while. Go to GWT and delete the sitemap (xml.gz). Then add the original sitemap (.xml). Ping it again when you make a new post.

Just 20 days old blog, you must feel your lucky and appreciate the work you have been doing in such a short time to get 20 pages indexed. Just be patient and your other pages will also be indexed soon. Dont forget to keep bookmarking the pages and getting atleast one backlink a day for your blog.
