What does it mean if my account access is limited?

Title says all

 

With limited account you can only receive funds in your accounts though you can not send them or withdraw from your account.

No, If your account is limited then you cant receive payment too.

 

It simply means you cant do anything more with your account till your account is limited.

Well I have received payments when my accounts access was limited due to some reason. I think you are missing out on something.

 

It means you can recieve money but you cannot withdraw or transfer funds.

 

That's right..you won't be able to use funds in your PayPal account but you can receive any amount in your account.

 

Sorry If I am wrong but in my case I cant send , receive and withdrawal payments .

 

If we can not use those funds then who will get payment in that account. funny

you have to lift the limitation by submitting them documents !

 

Options available under limited access depends on the reason for such limitation. If the access is limited for want of documents or proof, Paypal does allow you to receive payments but if the account is limited for suspicious transactions, then every action is barred!

Limited account is like chicken pox for cyber business.
Submit utility bills and identity proofs and you will get your account normal.

 

you must to verified your account with your real ID...

 

The best way I see around this is to verify your PP account by adding a US Bank account.
