smiley face quick fix... - $10 - bmp - 16 x 16

Hi, I need the first smiley here: http://www.muller-godschalk.com/msn.html to be made from start in bmp format, picture must be 16 x 16. Picture BG in black please.

Required specification of the Guild Image
- 16*16 (16 pixels by 16 pixels)
- Bmp (Bitmap Image)
