Round about way that disreputable people use paypal.

1. they get a credit card number, etc illegally
2. they open a paypal account and fund it with this credit card
3. they find someone else with a good paypal account
4. they then ask if as in this case, can I send you $xxx to your paypal account and then you send me back $xxx of this
5. you do it to make the quick bucks
6. the disreputable person now has $xxx in his paypal account from you, he transfers to his bank account (another account just opened for this purpose)
7. you have $xxx in your paypal account
8. the credit card company does a chargeback to paypal
9. paypal traces the route of the money
10. paypal freezes your account and takes the $xxx you illegally gained in this transaction
11. the winner is the disreputable person who now has $xxx laundered and away from paypal and the credit card company

This does happen on a daily basis.

As the old saying goes, "if it sounds too good to be true, it isn't"

Let him if he were honest, put in a dispute with paypal!
And fight him to the bitter end (most likely he would lose and I would win).

i see something fishy here, if its a lie, you have no life, if its true you might not have no life on the internet anymore lol, if an investigation will take hand your account will probably be frozen for a while so dont count on paypal payments for a while. Just donate the $100 to Digitalpoint fundraiser for new servers man, then we will trust you!
