I don't like these paid tools at al. I have used IBP and Webceo and both are useless.
I would strongly recommend the firefoz addons such as rankchecker, web developer etc. these are very helpful and free as well.

 

seo need a lot of patients, i dont have that, huh, i think exchange link and social bookmark is nice, but i cant make a good articles so i dont say good for sent article

Photoshop is not an SEO tool. I'm not sure how it could possibly ever help you get top spots in Google other than a really pretty looking site but I don't think Google has eyes a mind.

Interesting to see some peoples opinions on some SEO tools. I think Xrumer is a bad spammer tool. SEnuke is good but takes a bit to master it.

5. Google Toolbar,
6. Alexa Sparky

Any tools to search sites by pagerank? I know google directory does this to some extent, but you can't say "find me sites with this keyword with a pagerank of at least x"

 

Don't know if these are the "best" but I really enjoy using Hub Spot's Website Grader and I like the convenience of Firefox SEO Quake.
