right now im at $5x.xx in my in my payment history it says $3x.xx am i suppose to be getting a PIN? or do i wait till the payment history reaches $50.00?

I just sent them a email i didnt receive a PIN sent email and him at $54 total it says: 1. Log in to your AdSense account at https://www.google.com/adsense 2. Click the My Account tab 3. Continue to the Payment History page 4. Click the Please enter your PIN link 5. Click Request a new PIN i dont have that link..
wait for a day or two ( or maybe to get into 60s ) and then mail them . though they must have sent the PIN by now .
I've just got e-mail from google adsense that told me if I will get a PIN, and google adsense will sent it. That email coming 1 or 2 days after I reached $5x.xx.
i reached $50 2 days ago im @ $70, and ichsan i havent recieved the PIN in my payment history ( the link ) or gotten a email about it.. should i be worried or not?
I never had a PIN, because my first payment is in early 2004 .. Question: Is PIN sent without schedule (unlike Payment -> in the end of the following month .. bla bla bla) , so after overall earning exceed $50 they send PIN in our inbox?
