What language this syntax belongs to?

    What language/script/style this coding belongs to?

    <b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "item"'>
    <div id="related-posts">

    If it's CSS then how come it has "if" in it and if it's javascript, then why does it have "<" and ">" in it?

    its from blogger code.. just like facebook they have their own code named fbml.. blogger also had their code https:// www. blogger. com

    So this mean that it will only work for blogger templates? If I design for myself, then this piece of code would be useless?

    Depend, if you 'code' it to use at blogspot then its not useless :)
