Selling DollarDB - Database Ecommerce Site - MONTHLY REVENUE

hey guys, I recently got promoted at work and think I need to focus my time on my career so I am getting rid of some of my websites to free up my time.

this is one of my few forays into ecommerce with digital products. It's pretty simple to run and I can give information to the new owner on how I get content and sell it. The site generates upto $25 a month, this month so far it's at $12.

Website uses wp-ecommerce and as you can see I haven't done very much SEO work on the site at all.

yes I will give the buyer all the ways taht I have come up with to get new db's. There are lots of ways this website could be making over $100 a month and I have a roadmap to get there, I just really don't have the time. I really need to step up my game at work, trust me it hurts to sell this website.

no that would dilute the value of the website itself. I am keeping the site fairly unique.

how long has it been making $25 a month?

 

it fluctuates month to month. I haven''t been able to get a tight focus on why, but it looks to be trend based. Notice it reads "upto" $25 a month. this month it looks like it will be around $15.

remember there has been NO SEO work done, period. This is mostly WOM and forum based. Search engines will bring 4-5 times the revenue based on keyword volume.
