You keyword stuff in the description tag - it only needs to be a snetence or two with three or four keywords in! you're keyword stuffing in your keywords tag - you repeat words in multiple phrases. If you want 4shared as a keyword, have it once as "keyword 1, 4shared, keyword 3" Reperating words multiple times in keywords is very bad!
You have too many of "Recent Searches" and it could lead your site to be penalized somehow. I do assume you did this for SEO purpose but it has too many and look like a keyword stuff. You may consider to splitted a half and put the rest into separated page instead.
You need to optimize the keywords in your page. You didnt do that. Atleast a keyword should be optimized 3 times in a page.
