I sent someone money, then paypal required me to verify and all of my 2 transactions were disputed.. Now someone claimed back and i dont know what to do! I even dont know why dispute was created? this is what i am getting:
The dispute history log says "Email sent to seller." What email did they send you? Because the amount is so low ($0.10), and you have not verified the account, they may believe you are a credit card scammer testing out card numbers. It's common for them to charge low amounts to Paypal to make sure that the card number they have works, before they try and spend a larger amount at a physical store. You should verify your account and they probably won't worry anymore.
I am not seller.. he was the seller! Now I verified the paypal, and i can send and receive money... but still this dispute is open..
