Long time before payout

I have been waiting for my payout by adsense since August 2009.
It's more then half a year now.

I have been paid by Google before and no warnings. Also my account isn't blocked.

Is there something or a e-mail or contact form I can request my payout?

How much have you earned? What does it say in your View Payment History section where it tallies your earnings and tells you about these things?

 

120€, So I qualify for my payment.

 

What about the View Payment History? What does that say, does it reflect that value? Any "You are scheduled to receive a payment" text on that page?

 

when u reached 100$ or euro ? have u input the PIN , removed any hold then it should be arriving soon

 

But as he said he is already been paid before..

 

Have you tried to contact Adsense support?

First at all, check on your adsense setting, maybe you are "hold payment" or set high mimimum payout
If both of them OK but still dont get the payment, contact adsense team https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py
