    Please answer me these questions:

    social websites like digg use script or CMS?
    if i want to build a social site like digg with kind of diffrence from where i must start ?
    dose these kind of script or cms free?


    and for 100k trafic each day i must use a VPS or shared host in good also ?
    or you suggest use share host frist and then when i get more trafic use vps
