Look lots of people stating that this should be way to get your site to be at the top of google according to your own serp. Yes somehow the technique that they reveal is quite effective to them according to their own experience which is somehow not effective to you. My mean concern is who knows the mind or the brain of google nobody does its keeps on changing its algo. So for me I think when am going to optimized something in my site. i don't do anything but to build lots of great content and google really loves it and it's the king.
