What Could Be the Reason For Tracking Ids Disappearing?

    For the last few days my sale transactions don't show tracking ids....I do see on the tracking records that the visitor immediately ordered the product after visiting the hoplink.....but still the tracking id is missing on the sale reported.....don't know why? :confused:

    Not sure why this would be, I know CB had problems last week might be still having some problems?

    I have had no Problems with tracking ID's . When did you start seeing them

    Yep....more frequently 2 or 3 days now....will the tracking ids get lost if they order after 2 or 3 days after visiting hop link???

    Not that that I know of should be in the cookie but I could be wrong. I looked at some old cookies seems to be there

    Same thing happened to me a few months ago. I only had one landing page, and the tracking ID was "landing." But it didn't show for the first 2-3 sales. But eventually the id started to show.

    CB has a lot of glitches. At least you're getting credit for the sale.
