Its nice however there are too many "content" to see on main page. Maybe reduce it a bit.

 

Should I make a static page as a homepage??

your logo is overlapping text. design vise looks good. color match each others. and also good theme. overall bottom part looks better. need to change on top part of website template design.

 

Work on seperation of topics, its very busy... Designate each field with text and back ground color, or large box lines indicating change of subject...

 

I would have a Header created with a Glossy Embossed Gradient background of Black color and then put the Logo and wording creatively on that background. Hire it out for a contest of $20 or something. This would need to be created in Photoshop. Perhaps pick up the black color from the center picture below it and then the emblem would need to be changed perhaps to the gold color in the picture below. The header and the rest of the page have a need to be tied in together. Hope this helped.

My problem is that there is so much goin on that I don't know where to focus on. You need to somehow restructure the site so the most important parts are the stars and the other stuff are just supporting roles. My first instinct was to click away because there are other sites that have better organization. Your content is awesome though which is a shame.
