    Hello

    Can anyone please help me for one of my query .
    What should a service provider do when some client take his/her services for one month and when he/she ask for payment then does not get any reply for the client even after sending 10s of mails.

    Please assist .

    do not work/do anything until you get a response, avoiding clients usually lead to non-paying clients, they're not worth dealing with

    Consider it a loss and make note of it, also limit to just a couple of emails as anything more maybe look at as harassment. You could also send them a payment invoice in the first place, if they do not send payment follow up with an email, if no reply, then it is a loss. You could also have a payment first before a service is given with a 30 day money back guarantee to insure them that the service you provide is of quality.

    This is the big problem in online work, even i have cheated by 2 clients, i have explained them my situation and requested the money for my work, but never heard from them. If we ask payment before the work they will think we are fake and refused to give the work. Though there are many Genuine client over here. So here after we have to select the honest client who will pay for our work. Take it as lesson mate.

    Do you want some sort of service from the members or its a general question. It so it needs to be in freebie section...

    I understand your situation since i've been scammed a lot of times as well.
    Here are a few options for you :

    1. Send a negative iTrader
    2. Setup an abuses page in your website named abuses.php or html and put up all details including name and email id out there for public view.
    3. Report an administrator out here with the link to your abuses page and also mail your client the abuses page.

    He'd definitely want to get his name out from there in fear of getting ranked on google.

    better get the half paid in the middle of course.... by this we can ignore the client who don't pay.....

    Get some of the payment in the beginning itself and some amount in the middle and finally the final payment.
    I always trust my clients So i won't force them to pay.

    Hello ,

    I have been cheated by one client and he has not paid me for my one month's services.

    I send him many mails the he replied me and said :

    "Hi

    Apologies for not coming back to you sooner, the company is closing due to finance issues, l myself have been made redundant, l have informed the accountants about work you carried out on behalf of Proweb Direct, they have assured me that they will send you payment, l cannot tell you when as they are doing the same for me and other employee, if you have not received in a week notify me and l will try and sort.

    NOW two week have been passed still no payment i have again send him many mails and he is not replying me and if he does not reply my today's mail and not proceed the payment actually so i will disclose his mail is in this forum.

    This is the person (steven buckley )who took one month working form me and did not send me my payment now even he did not replied my mails can any one assist what should i do....
