You should contact your webhosting service provider about changing your password. In my webhosting provider, I login into my account profile, and I can change it there.
    Hope helps :)

your hosting company should have send you a login to your hosting control panel. if you log into that system you should ba able to get to the ftp accounts setup. once you are there just enter a new password and it should update and solve the problem.

You can get it changed via your web hosting control panel such as cPanel, Plesk, Vdeck. However, no one could give your control panel url since it is individual for each account. You have to ask previous owner about this. Or you can mail to hosting company you hosted and asking for the url to be provided via email.

You should have the url in the document sent by your hosting provider. Check out your hosting documentation (usually by email) from the provider.

which type control panel do you use? I'l help you, If you have CPanel login details then go to your Cpanel and login, go to domain setting, there is you will see ftp & Cpanel details, you can change both easily. set new password own otherwise choose system password option. if you have problem then send me PM your problem, I'll solve free but please don't send me any FTP details. LOL
