It's been up since May 2006 (4 Years), achieved and maintained #1 rank for Napkin Folding and many derivative phrases since the end of 2007, earnings have been steady for the last 3 years with no end in sight.

My asking price is three years earnings: $12,175.01. Any less isn't worth it to me.

Since your BIN is calculated to the last cent, I think a correction is in order:
Feb 1 2009 to Feb 28 2010 is thirteen months, not 12, so three years earnings come to $12.175.01
