Ive been reading alot about being a affilate, and everyone says to pick something your interested in, and i was wondering what is the best was to market my i dea, or speacialty, in the past five years i have learn alot about this thing and have mastered it and kno everything about it, and am wanting to share my knowlege with everyone, and make money doing it, so i dunno what to do maybe make a blog about it and use adsense or something, can anyone put me on the right track, im a newbie

create a blog and keep update the things which are related to electric. You may get frequent visitors for your blog if you have valid content. Thorugh the blog you could earn a lot.

It really depends on what your product/service is... some products are *perfect* for affiliates.. others are not.. it also depends on your margins.
How do you make money? I think the question is how can what you know benefit someone else? If you can figure out how your knowledge can benefit another then you can offer a service to meet the need of that person. Determine the features and benefits of what you have to offer. Package it in a way that people in need will see a benefit and see value in breaking their check book out.

If you're trying to promote a site or product, article marketing is for encouraging traffic to the sales site. That's why it's called marketing. Often the articles are given away, so you don't make money directly from the articles. If you want to make money by writing about a topic, then you're thinking of a writer's business model. Find places such as Helium.com where you can sell your writing. Some such places have marketplaces where people can request articles, and some sites put rejected articles up for sale separately. If you want to write articles about how to do things with electricity, there also are sites focused on how-to articles; I haven't looked whether you can get paid through such sites...although you might need to give away some stuff to get it published so you can use those as examples for other activities.
Ok... There are quite a few things you have to consider. Before you even decide what or if an approach is the right one for you to choose, I suggest you set a goal. You seem to still be in the shadows and taking wild guesses will only make you lose money and time. So, set a goal, what are you trying to achieve? Two, analyze what you have to offer and why you think it would be of great benefit to others. Remember that if people can get the information you have via a FREE means, believe me they will get it for free; so do not sell information. Information should be free and educational. After, you establish and understand these things, you must then consider which methods will help you reach your goals faster, ethically and legally. And I have to emphasize that because a lot of beginners tend to make stupid mistakes by doing things illegally or using unethical methods. FINALLY, be ready to work hard, the world was not built in a day and nothing comes easy in life...
Thanks guys i really appricate this, yea i believe im going to use article marketing, make a blog and link them together, this sounds like my best possiable decision, im just trying to figure out what works for me i am very determined, ive been trying the affilate marketing out for around 3 months now, what brought me apon it, is i seen anthony morrison on tv and was hooked, got his book and website, read the book and learned nothing, everything in it you can read through this forum, it was pretty much a scam but i can't hate it to much, because it made me determined on making money on the internet, ive been layed off from work for about a year now. I have been doing electric forever and now im lost, plus it doesnt help im in the # 2 rated county in my state of unemplyment and look everywhere for a job, but anyways ive tryed a bunch of different affilate sites and made nothing, but im pretty much lost on how to make a good website, but im still trying to figure it out, but im maybe thinking its just not for me, maybe i need to try this

ive been checking youtube and checking out some of the videos people have created on doing certain thing with electric and how to wire things, to be its ridiculous, i could do circles around these guys on how they explains and alot of them seem out dated, so maybe a good idea is to make a few videos and post them on there to generate traffic to my blog
well i takes time to increase traffic on your blog and boosting its pagerank but their are many ways to market your blog
There have been some really great ideas here... having said that I would consider doing some basic keyword research using the free Google tool. Once you have that research in your pocket start to lay out a series of guides you can sell based on the keyword research. Then use article marketing and basic 101 kind of videos to lay a trail to your ebook guides.
