I have a nudist blog (only nudist pics ) on google blogger (though it's with adult category means with adult warning and it is made by some fake id) and I have put ads of Blacklabel ads, adult friend finder and other adult advertiser. Is there any fear of criminal proceedings against it in India since I am getting checks from those adult advertiser in India? I am asking not only in context of in Indian Cyber Law but practically is there any fear of criminal proceedings ? Please Help

I looked and I can't seem to find anything that would make it illegal. I wouldn't worry about it too much. You can try contacting the company to make sure.

Everyone is giving his opinion only, nobody is sure, Please help if anyone is sure about it? becoz from one forum I have got the following opinion:
"Yes, you are liable under Section 67 of Information Technology Act for imprisonment of 3 years and a fine upto Rs 5 lakhs for publishing of obscene information in electronic form.

And there are agreements between Indian Police and Google, whereby information (IP address & email) about the creator of blog can be provided to the Indian Police, if any such complaint is registered with them. "
Anyone has any comment on this ?

But according to provacy policy og Google, no details will be provided to Police. Blogger is hosted outside India, so no legal issue will be occue.
