i know this is old story but i saw many websites bringing traffic to review pages their income is only from adsense so i think still some keywords are working out with this method, i am not speaking about MFA sites.
I won't rule out that some people can pull it off. But it's basically just a weak business model and a bad idea.
Sure there are tricks, there is also not getting paid any of the money you earned from them. They don't take it lightly. I wouldn't do it anymore if I were you.
Google policies say that the content on your site must be transparent (no gimmicks), relevant and original if you are going to use both AdWords and AdSense. The TOS use those three terms. That means you can point AdWords to your site, but the landing page must fit the policies. If you have AdSense on those pages and follow the TOS, you should be fine. That said, Google knows you have both AdWords and AdSense. They are not about to place high-click AdSense ads on your pages that have cheap AdWords keywords pointing to them. Where you make your profit is on other pages, affiliate marketing, etc. AdSense is mainly filler.
