Which domain do you think is best for domain appraisal website?

    pricemy.name PRICE MY NAME
    or
    valuemy.com VALUE MY .COM

Thank you for the insight DP.

Valuemy seems better to me, reason:

    a) its a dot com
    b) one can link easily it with valuation

Issue that I see with price.name as it sounds like pricing any name not the domain name..

But anyway both are decent names..

I like pricemy but dot com is much better than name in this case.

valuemy doesn't like me at all except for the extension.

Agree! pricemy.com is better than valuemy.com but pricemy.name doesn't fit the bill:)

And if I remember correctly, .name can only be used by individuals, hence it might be looked upon as "small".

You can't go wrong with a .com

No, limitation to individuals and third level domain registration was revoked past July 2005.

I have a name domain pagerank 5, but in my case comes handy (heraldry website)

however dot COM keep being the most popular extension.

There's something so ironic in that statement I can't help but smile :)

Oh, and go for the .com

Heheh I though the same when typing it. Its a little different then what you are probably thinking. I also have another domain "yosto.com" which I might use for it as well. Hopefully it wont cost to much for the script, but once its finished its going to be used quite often. A little twist in domain name appraisals. Thanks everyone.

I would say to use both domain but focus on marketing pricemy.name because valuemy just doesn't have a ring to it.

    Good luck!

I plan to use both, but need to know which one to focus marketing on. Looks like I have a developer too. Seems pretty split on .name and .com at first glance. Ill have to dig a little deeper here and ask some more people. Thanks for the help everyone.

I don't like both of them. Of course it is all depends on what you gonna use the domain name for.
