Creating article submission site

Hi friends,

I am planning to create an article submission site. Can we create the site using only the tools given by web hosting company or should we have knowledge on web design?
I want it to be database driven website. any inputs pls.

adsense insert is very easy
you can use plugin with adsense

 

wordpress use php+mysql
setup very easy.

 

Wordpress can use hundred thousands of templates. It's suitable for your need.
